How does Diadem Pickleball work to promote inclusivity within the sport, and what else should people know about your commitment to growing the game?

At Diadem, our focus has always been on expanding access to pickleball, especially at the grassroots level. We believe in empowering people to play, which is why we've committed to giving away 250,000 free Diadem Official Pickleballs in 2024 to teams, leagues, tournaments, schools, and communities. We also opened the Diadem Pickleball Complex at Broward College to offer players—from beginners to advanced—the chance to improve their skills with world-class instruction. Whether it's through free equipment or a welcoming environment, our commitment is to make the sport accessible and inclusive for all.

What role do you think brands like Diadem play in creating a more inclusive pickleball community?

Pickleball offers an incredible opportunity for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to come together. At Diadem, we believe it's essential for brands to invest in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our product lines cater to players of various skill levels, budgets, and styles, ensuring everyone can find the right equipment to suit their needs. One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is seeing how pickleball can help players overcome physical, emotional, and social challenges. We’ve been proud to highlight the stories of everyday players who use pickleball to transform their lives. Through initiatives like Diadem Presents, we showcase these incredible stories to inspire others. On the product side, we’ve developed gear like the Hush paddle, designed to reduce noise and encourage more communities to allow pickleball. By continually innovating, we’re ensuring the sport remains accessible for everyone, from adaptive athletes to casual players.
